Cookies and browser storage / Effective 2026

Saved Preferen

A small browser preference is all the supplied site stores through its own scripts. Reading the guides does not require accepting optional tracking.

What the supplied site uses

The supplied site does not set HTTP cookies through its own JavaScript and does not include analytics, advertising pixels or embedded third-party media. It can use local storage to remember a preference when you explicitly choose one below. Local storage differs from a cookie: its value is not automatically attached to each request to the server.

This value contains no name, email address or room dimensions. The supplied script does not transmit it to us. Selecting acceptance does not activate any optional service, because no such service is included.

Your browser preference

Both choices leave the guides available. These controls apply to this site’s local preference value in this browser, not to your email provider, network or other websites.

JavaScript is needed to read or change a saved preference here.

Clearing or blocking storage

You can remove site data using your browser settings. Private browsing, automatic cleanup and storage restrictions may prevent the choice from persisting. The preference controls will report a storage error if the browser blocks the operation. The articles and normal page links remain usable without a saved choice.

Contact-tool data

The message composer does not use local storage for drafts. A copied note is handled by your device clipboard, and a downloaded note becomes a local file. Those are separate from this preference value. Delete downloaded files or clipboard-history entries using the controls on your device if needed.

Hosting and external services

The web host may operate delivery or security mechanisms outside this static code. External websites and email services have their own storage practices when you visit or use them. This page describes the supplied site functionality rather than making a blanket claim about every service involved in internet delivery.

Future changes and questions

If optional technologies are introduced, their purposes, providers and controls should be disclosed before they are activated where consent is required. A saved choice here should not be treated as permission for unspecified future tracking.

For questions, email [email protected]. See Household Data Care for the wider privacy notice.
